On 1st of September, 2020, the \u2018Furong Cup\u2019 <\/span>Wiring Operation <\/span>trainings for W<\/span>omen Worker from <\/span>CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co.,Ltd. was launched at Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprise (Zhuzhou) Training Center. Yu Bing, the minister of CRRC (Zhuzhou) Ministry of Human Rights; Dong Wen, the vice minister; Lu Na, the director of talent development section of HR department; Ma Jiaolin, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Co.,ltd, and 20 participating women worker attended the opening ceremony. Yi Weibiao, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Co.,ltd, conducted the opening ceremony. <\/span><\/p>\n

During the ceremony, Yu Bing, Dong Wen, and Lu Na indicated that the training was organized by the HR department and Human rights ministry of the CRRC due to the quality and safety requirements. They hope the participating workers to further improve their wiring skills, and expand the corporate talents team. Additionally, the CRRC will select outstanding trainees to participate the \u2018Furong cup\u2019 in the next year, as well as other matches in Hunan province and Zhuzhou city. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ma Jiaolin, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester (Hunan) Co.,ltd, shared her own working experience with the participating workers. She hopes the trainees to integrates <\/span>\u2018<\/span>proposal improvements<\/span>\u2019<\/span>, \u2018Technical papers\u2019, \u2018Technological innovation\u2019 , \u2018QC\u2019, and \u2018Advanced operation method\u2019<\/span> during the training process, as well as to lay the foundation for ability improvement to senior technician.  <\/span><\/p>\n
