\nthe teacher training base were successfully held at the Delian Building of
\nShandong Taishan Technician Institute. Attendees included Zhou Xuezhi, Member
\nof the Party Group and Deputy Mayor of Feicheng City; Li Qingqun, Deputy
\nSecretary of the College Party Committee and Executive Vice President; Chen
\nPeng, Deputy General Manager of Rhein Koester; Nils Bremser, Assistant to the
\nDirector of the Bavarian Education and Digitalization Research Institute of
\nGermany, and other leaders from the school and enterprise representatives from
\n11 companies in Feicheng City. The ceremony was presided over by Wen Lingzi.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nSecretary Li Qingqun introduced the overview of the college and its

\ncharacteristic professional construction. He stated that this strategic
\ncooperation provides a higher-level platform and carrier for expanding
\nschool-enterprise cooperation and deepening the integration of industry and
\neducation. It marks a substantive step for the internationalization of
\nvocational education in Feicheng City. In the next step, the college will fully
\nlearn from and draw on Germany’s advanced vocational education concepts,
\nfurther innovate teaching methods, enrich teaching resources, and enhance the
\nlevel of faculty to cultivate higher-quality compound skilled talents for local
\neconomic development.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nGeneral Manager Chen Peng introduced the company’s work philosophy and
\nexperience in integrating German dual system education and Industry 4.0
\ntechnology standards, creating the integration of Sino-German intelligent
\nmanufacturing industry and education. He hoped that the trilateral cooperation
\namong Chinese and German enterprises can closely collaborate in talent
\ncultivation, academic exchanges, international cooperation, and teaching
\npractice, and jointly explore new fields, approaches, and models for school-enterprise
\ncooperation.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nBremser expressed sincere gratitude to the participants and promoters of the
\ncooperation project. He introduced the main practices of the research institute

\nmanufacturing industry and Germany’s Industry 4.0 industry. He also stated that
\nthe research institute will provide strong assistance to the college in the
\ndesign of German dual system courses, teacher training, teaching methods, and
\ncurriculum development, and once again congratulated the successful signing
\nceremony of the trilateral cooperation agreement.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
