Twelve electrical maintenance<br \/>\nworkers from Lutai Textile Co., Ltd. competed on the same stage.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px;\">The<br \/>\ncompetition used the electrical training equipment independently developed by Rhein<br \/>\nKoester throughout the entire process. The competition project was based on<br \/>\ntypical work tasks in the enterprise and was divided into three parts:<br \/>\nelectrical distribution, PLC programming and debugging, and HMI interface<br \/>\ndesign. The competition comprehensively assessed the employees&#8217; vocational<br \/>\nprofessional skills and core vocational competencies in terms of professional<br \/>\nliteracy, vocational skills, and equipment function demonstration reports.
