\nIndustry and Education Fusion Demonstration Base. The symposium is led by the
\nCommittee of Education, Health and Sports, and takes the way of jointly
\ncarrying out with the Democratic Progressive Zibo Municipal Committee, the
\nMunicipal Bureau of Education and other relevant departments in a coordinated
\nmanner. Ray Ray, Vice Chairman of Zibo CPPCC and Chairman of DPC Zibo Municipal
\nCommittee, Wang Changchun, Deputy Secretary General of CPPCC and first grade
\nresearcher of CPPCC, Wei Xiaoguang, Standing Committee Member of CPPCC and
\nDirector of CPPCC’s Committee of Education, Science, Health and Sports, Li
\nXiaotong, Deputy Secretary of Municipal Education Working Committee and member
\nof CPC group of Municipal Education Bureau, Wang Legislation, Third Grade

\nMunicipal Technology Bureau and other relevant departments. Zheng Chuanlan,
\ndirector of the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology, as well as Zibo

\nrelevant vocational colleges and enterprises were present at the symposium. Yan

\nhope that the attending leaders would closely follow the situation, seize
\nopportunities, support vocational education, provide feedback through different
\nchannels and forms with good suggestions, opinions, ideas, and measures,
\ncontinuously improve the vocational education and training system, promote
\nschool-enterprise cooperation in the integration of production and education,
\njointly advance vocational education to a higher level, and cultivate

\nCollege of Electromechanical Engineering at Shandong Vocational College of
\nIndustry, Li Bin, Secretary and Principal of Zibo Electromechanical Engineering
\nSchool, Feng Bo, Vice Principal of Zibo Industrial School, Li Ning, Recruitment
\nManager of Shandong Yino Wei Polyurethane Co., Ltd., and other participants,
\nshared their views on \u201cimproving the vocational education and training system
\nand creating a model of \u2018integration of production, education, and the city\u2019 in
\nZibo\u201d based on their respective institutions and companies.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tIn
\nhis speech, Wang Honglei, Director of Innovation Projects at Rhein Koester,
\ndiscussed the company\u2019s understanding of the integration of production and
\neducation, using Rhein Koester as an example. He mentioned that Germany\u2019s
\ncross-company training centers have been operating for over a hundred years and
\nhave close ties with industry associations. Rhein Koester\u2019 platform model draws
\non the experience of Germany\u2019s cross-company training centers, starting with
\nthe construction of industrial-educational integration parks, where platforms,
\nmodels, talent supply, and technical services are important components of the
\nentire park. He expressed his hope that this discussion would serve as an
\nopportunity to fully draw on German standards, achieve coordination and
\nparticipation from government departments, industries, universities, and
\nenterprises, jointly promote inter-school cooperation among vocational colleges
\nin the city, actively support the high-quality development of middle and high
\nvocational education in Zibo, solidly promote the \u201centerprise trainer system\u201d
\nor \u201cintegration of production and education trainer system,\u201d and contribute to
\nthe cultivation of more enterprise trainers in companies with
\nproduction-education integration, making contributions to the national
\nintegration of production and education.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
