\n\tOn August 4, 2023, the concluding ceremony of the
\nthird phase of the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation
\nProject (SGAVE) in the field of intelligent manufacturing took place at the
\nSino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration
\nDemonstration Base. This phase featured a dual-system teaching method course
\nfocused on pedagogical techniques for smart manufacturing. Approximately 40
\neducators from 12 institutions including the Rhein Koester Vocational Education
\nIndustry Research Institute, Shanghai Overseas Vocational and Technical
\nUniversity, Fujian Electric Power Vocational and Technical College, Hubei
\nUniversity of Science and Technology Vocational College, and Zibo Vocational
\nCollege participated in the event.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tDean Liu Dali from the Rhein Koester Vocational
\nEducation Industry Research Institute, along with educators from the
\naforementioned institutions, attended the ceremony. Dean Liu summarized the
\ntraining using six keywords: “reflection,” “experience,”
\nand “prospects.” He expressed his hope that the participating
\neducators would fully integrate the knowledge gained from this training into their
\neveryday teaching practices. This, in turn, would nurture a pool of highly
\nskilled professionals capable of creatively applying their knowledge and
\nmeeting the actual needs of society and businesses. He emphasized their
\nsignificant role in contributing to the high-quality development of vocational

\ntechnical professionals. This initiative will serve as a foundation for
\nsupplying talent to facilitate the transformation, upgrade, and high-quality
