Rhein Koester&#8217;s middle and senior leaders and all employees<br \/>\nattended the training.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">\n\t<span style=\"font-family:Arial;font-size:16px\">Rhein Koester&#8217;s Chief<br \/>\nTraining Officer and Director of the Trainers Academy, Mr. Zhang Zhenzhong,<br \/>\nwith his many years of experience in corporate management practice and Lean<br \/>\ncoaching, presented a comprehensive analysis of the future sustainable<br \/>\ndevelopment of the company and proposed strategies to cope with it, starting<br \/>\nfrom the analysis of the employee structure of the &#8220;Running Company&#8221;<br \/>\nand using the &#8220;SWOT tool&#8221;.
