\n\tOn July 14, 2024, the SICK SensorPro Elite Engineer Training officially
\nlaunched at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education
\nIntegration Demonstration Base. The event was attended by leaders including
\nChen Xiao, Director of the Systems and Solutions Department at SICK Germany; He
\nYuhua, Senior Manager of the Human Resources Department; Liu Kaifu, Senior
\nManager of the Systems and Solutions Department; Zhang Zhenzhong, Dean of the Rhein
\nKoester Training Institute; and Song Baiqing, Manager of the Online Education
\nDivision, along with all elite engineer trainees.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t At the beginning of the ceremony, Dean Zhang Zhenzhong extended
\ngreetings on behalf of Chairman Cui Zhi. Director Chen Xiao encouraged all
\ntrainees with the words, “Many boats compete, those who strive forward
\nfirst; a thousand sails race, those who forge ahead win.”<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t Manager He Yuhua guided the trainees with the acronym “PLC” \u2013

\n\t Manager Liu Kaifu encouraged trainees to be hands-on and thoughtful, to
\nunderstand not just what to do but why to do it. He emphasized the importance
\nof having clear logical thinking and effective solutions when facing complex
