Professional instructors from multiple institutions nationwide engaged in in-depth practical training through the \u201cclassroom-as-workshop\u201d model, gaining advanced expertise in mechatronics technology applications. This initiative successfully integrated Germany&#8217;s dual-track vocational education philosophy with China&#8217;s vocational education practices, fostering a distinctive Chinese vocational education system. Particularly noteworthy was the trainer&#8217;s \u201csix-step teaching method,\u201d which effectively balanced the instructor&#8217;s guiding role with the students&#8217; active participation.
