The activity focused on thematic learning and experience exchange, such as theoretical lectures, field visits, and skill exchanges, covering areas including the cultivation paths of high-skilled talents, the exertion of their roles, and the construction of a highland for skilled talents. They gained a detailed understanding of Rhein-Koster’s localized “dual-system” talent cultivation model under the background of Sino-German cooperation, the construction of the industry-education integration platform, and the practical achievements in serving the high-quality development of the regional economy. The delegation fully affirmed the efforts and achievements made by Rhein-Koster in promoting the cultivation of high-skilled talents in intelligent manufacturing and building a modern vocational education system.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
