RheinKoester\u2019s mature industry-education integration solutions and talent training mechanisms are highly consistent with Shanxi\u2019s urgent need for high-skilled talents. He expressed hope that taking this inspection as an opportunity, the two sides will focus on advantageous industries such as energy and high-end equipment manufacturing, jointly build professional and automated talent training orientations, introduce RheinKoester\u2019s localized dual-system solutions, university-enterprise collaborative education models, relevant curriculum systems, and faculty and equipment into Shanxi, and gradually promote them to more universities and colleges.
