From May 25 to 29, 2020,Rhein-Koester launched the first 1:1 teacher training course of this year's Sino-German vocational education cooperation project in the provincial public training base of new and old energy conversion industry – Sino-German intelligent manufacturing technology public training base. Twelve professional teachers from Luzhong Vocational College and Shandong Industrial Technician College participated in the training together.<\/span><\/p>\n

This teacher training course is aimed at the professional teachers of electrical automation of the Sino-German class project and set up two learning modules: the 1:1 training of frequency conversion application and maintenance project and 1:1 training of gas-liquid system installation and commissioning project. Through the form of 1:1 training, the participating teachers will have a deep understanding of the dual teaching methods, further improve their quality of double title teachers , teaching methods, practical teaching ability, and improve the quality of skilled personnel training.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rhein-Koester actively promotes the construction of enterprise practice base for vocational education teachers. Relying on the Sino-German intelligent manufacturing demonstration base project for the integraion of  industry and education , comprehensively launches the teachers' teaching ability improvement plan of secondary and higher vocational colleges, builds a lifelong education platform for professional teachers, and helps colleges and universities to build a high-quality, professional and innovative "double qualified" teacher with an international vision and in line with the needs of Chinese colleges and universities.<\/span><\/p>\n
