On 13th of July, 2020, the first Pre-Job training class for HAIJIA Machinery was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. Mr Xing Xianghu, the director of HAIJIA administration center; Zhang Xu, the director of Manufacturing Department of HAIJIA; Kang Xijuan, the director of Administration department; Gao Ping, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,ltd., Liu Peng, the director of Marketing department attended the ceremony.  <\/span><\/p>\n

The  Pre-Job training is designed by Rhein-Koester education department and HAIJIA HR on the basis of talent development for Production Position requirements of HAIJIA. The training integrates Rhein-Koester Sino-German \u2018Dual-system\u2019 localized talent training model, and course is jointly developed between two parties. The training class mainly consists of: 7s Site Management, Safety Production training, Care Competence Enhancement Program, CNC maintenance, tool basic knowledge etc, additionally, trainees will carry out subjects related practical training and site viewing, which enable them to integrates the learned knowledge and practical operation, and develop them into senior technicians for real manufacturing environments. <\/span><\/p>\n
