2022th Shandong Public Training Base Exchange Conference was held in Zibo Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base

On 16th of August, the 2022th Shandong Public Training Base Exchange Conference was held in Zibo Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base. The conference was held under the theme of “Skilled Talents supports enterprises develop with high quality”. Wang Xiao, Member of Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of Shandong Department of Industry and Information Technology attended the work exchange meeting, Wang Yujie, Deputy Secretary-General of Zibo Municipal People’s Government, Zhao Qing, Director of Training and Exchange Department of Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Zhu Cangyang, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Management Association, Su Lei, Director of Zibo Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Wang Xiaodong, Director of Zibo Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Guo Zhongquan, member of Working Committee and Deputy Director of Management Committee of Zibo High-tech Zone participated in related activities. Representatives of 11 outstanding public training bases including the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Training Base exchanged experiences and practices on site. More than 30 public training bases set up exhibition areas to participate in the exhibition and exchange.

Wang Xiao, member of the Party Leading Group and deputy director of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shandong Province, put forward three suggestions: First, we should fully understand the important role of skill personnel guarantee in public practice training bases. Second, we shall further improve the level of construction of public training bases. Third, we shall further enhance the service capacity of public training bases.

Wang Yujie, Deputy Secretary-General of Zibo Municipal People’s Government, hoped that the participating schools and enterprises should take the construction of public training base as a breakthrough point, constantly improve the training efficiency and quality, promote the deep integration of industry and talent development, and jointly boost the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.

Public training base representatives exchanged experiences on site
