From January 19 to February 6, 2026, Rhein-Koester’s school-enterprise cooperation winter vacation teacher training was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Teachers from many colleges and universities across the country gathered here to jointly start a three-week immersive learning and exchange experience.

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the proposed list of training institutions for the third batch of the Digital Technology Engineer Cultivation Program. Following municipal-level preliminary review, on-site evaluation by the provincial expert group and public announcement, Shandong RheinKoester Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained two training qualifications for Intelligent Manufacturing Engineers and Robotics Engineers, by virtue of its solid professional foundation, advanced practical training conditions, international teaching faculty and systematic and feasible talent cultivation plans.
