From August 21 to 25, the 2025 Specialized Training Program for Dual-Qualified Master Teacher Studios and the 2025 Specialized Training Program for the Xu Kong Joint Master Craftsman Studio of New Era Vocational Schools were held at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base. Twenty professional teachers participated in the training.
July 7–August 22, Rhein-Koester’s 2025 Summer Faculty Training Program successfully concluded in Zibo and Nanchang. This session encompassed multiple industry-academia collaboration initiatives, including faculty training for the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE), specialized training in industrial technology and emerging technologies, and faculty development for Rhein-Koester’s Sino-German joint programs. The diverse curriculum closely aligned with industry frontiers and teaching requirements, covering core areas such as mechatronics, automation, industrial robotics, digital simulation applications, dual-system teaching methodologies, and textbook development.
On August 17, 2025, a delegation of 11 members from Yongkang Hardware Technician College in Zhejiang Province visited Rhein-Koester for an inspection tour. The delegation included Zhu Huijing, Party Secretary of the college; Ren Xue, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of Yongkang Municipal Finance Bureau; Jin Kegang, Vice President of Yongkang Hardware Technician College; and Ma Linggang, Member of the Party Committee.
On August 16, 2025, the signing ceremony for the Hong Kong Polytechnic University-Zibo City University-Local Cooperation Project was held at the Qisheng International Hotel Conference Center. The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Rhein-Koester signed a cooperation agreement to jointly cultivate talent for industrial transformation and digitalization.
August 4-8, 2025, on the eve of the launch of RheinKost’s “Germany-Based Training and Employment Integration Program,” Mr. Christian Pownuk, Senior Lecturer in Mechatronics at the State Vocational College I in Kempten, Bavaria, Germany, and Mr. Jürgen Mair, Senior Lecturer in Metalworking, traveled to China specifically to conduct a week-long intensive teaching workshop and guidance session with RheinKost’s training team.
From July 28 to August 17, 2025, the teacher training program for the Industrial Robotics Technology specialty under the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Project (SGAVE) was held at the Sino-German Smart Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.
