On January 19, 2026, the RheinKoester Winter Vocational Teacher Training for University-Enterprise Cooperation officially kicked off at the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.

At the opening ceremony, Wang Zhen, Project Director of RheinKoester, extended a warm welcome to all participating teachers. He pointed out that this training fully integrates RheinKoester’s solid experience in the fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial automation, and features a special session for professional development exchanges, aiming to facilitate in-depth dialogue between universities and enterprises.

Jiang Xiuming, a trainer, delivered a speech on behalf of all the trainers and provided relevant explanations on the training notes.

This winter vocational teacher training program spans three weeks and covers multiple modules, including the 8th phase of teacher training for the Industrial Robot Technology, Mechatronics Technology, and Electrical Automation Technology majors under the Sino-German Advanced Vocational Education Cooperation Program (SGAVE), the 4th phase of examiner qualification training for the program, as well as teacher training for the Sino-German Class program.

During the training, the RheinKoester trainer team will leverage their extensive corporate practical and teaching experience, adopt the action-oriented teaching method, and rely on the company’s independently developed loose-leaf teaching materials and supporting intelligent manufacturing equipment. Focusing on typical problems in daily teaching, the team will guide participating teachers in conducting in-depth discussions and practical training through case analysis, demonstration explanations and personalized guidance.
Going forward, RheinKoester will continue to refine its teacher training system, launch more thematic activities focused on enhancing teaching capabilities, support talent cultivation with high-quality teaching, and facilitate the professional development and curriculum reform of colleges and universities through pragmatic collaboration.
