[Joyful Announcement] RheinKoester has been successfully selected as a training institution for the Shandong Provincial Digital Technology Engineer Cultivation Program

Recently, the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security announced the proposed list of training institutions for the third batch of the Digital Technology Engineer Cultivation Program. Following municipal-level preliminary review, on-site evaluation by the provincial expert group and public announcement, Shandong RheinKoester Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully obtained two training qualifications for Intelligent Manufacturing Engineers and Robotics Engineers, by virtue of its solid professional foundation, advanced practical training conditions, international teaching faculty and systematic and feasible talent cultivation plans.

The Digital Technology Engineer Cultivation Program is a key initiative launched by the state to meet the talent demands of the digital economy era. Led by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, it focuses on ten cutting-edge digital fields including artificial intelligence, big data and cloud computing, aiming to systematically cultivate high-level digital technology professionals.

In recent years, RheinKoester has deepened its layout in the field of intelligent manufacturing and launched special training programs for on-the-job technicians, engineers and other groups. The curriculum design is closely aligned with the national vocational technical skill standards and strictly complies with the relevant requirements of the Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security. We have innovatively built a training model featuring “integration of online and offline learning, and combination of decentralized study with centralized practical training”, and continuously improved the cultivation closed loop of “theoretical learning + practical training + project actual combat”, effectively enhancing participants’ practical operation and comprehensive application capabilities.
