Rhein-Koster Partners with Zibo Water Supply Group to Open a New Chapter in Skilled Talent Development

On December 12, 2025, the 1st Enterprise Independent Evaluation Activity for Skilled Talents of Zibo Water Supply Group Co., Ltd. was held at the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base.


Before the start of the assessment, both parties jointly organized a special examination affairs meeting, where they provided detailed explanations and made unified arrangements for key links such as the assessment process, scoring standards, equipment operation specifications, and examination room discipline, so as to ensure the professionalism and impartiality of this evaluation work.









Focusing on electrical skills, this independent evaluation systematically assessed the employees’ comprehensive capabilities in safety regulations, circuit analysis, equipment debugging and troubleshooting, in accordance with the principle of integrating theory with practice. A notable feature of the evaluation process was the introduction of intelligent training equipment independently developed by Rhein-Koster, which made the assessment scenarios more closely aligned with real industrial environments and effectively verified the employees’ ability to solve complex technical problems.


During the activity, relevant leaders from the Labor Security Section of the Social Development and Security Bureau of Zibo High-tech Zone participated in the supervision work throughout the entire process, observed the participants’ on-site operations, and fully affirmed and provided guidance on the standardized organization, professional level of this evaluation activity and the practical model of industry-education integration.





Prior to this activity, the participating employees received systematic and targeted special training on electrical skills at Rhein-Koster. Combining real work scenarios, the company’s trainer team adopted an integrated teaching model that combines theory with practice to help employees consolidate professional knowledge and improve operational proficiency, laying a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of this evaluation activity.

The successful holding of this evaluation activity is another practice of Rhein-Koster in serving the talent development of regional enterprises and deepening industry-education integration.
