On January 14, 2026, a seven-member delegation led by Wu Hongxing and Ma Jiangmin, Secretaries-General of the Shanxi Translators Association, along with Wang Yue from the Secretariat of the International Exchange Center of Shanxi Western Returned Scholars Association and Cheng Xinhan, Manager of the Cooperation and Development Department of the International Education Group of Beijing Foreign Studies University, visited and inspected RheinKoester.
The visiting leaders and their delegation first toured the China-Germany Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Demonstration Base constructed and operated by RheinKoester. They listened carefully to the detailed briefing on the base’s construction background, development history and operation model, and conducted an on-site observation of the teaching scenes of programs such as RheinKoester’s Integrated Program for Study in Germany and Employment and the “AI + Sino-German Rhein Intelligent Craftsman Class”, as well as the ongoing situation of the special double selection fair for the employment of graduated students.
During the forum, Secretary-General Wu Hongxing stated that Shanxi Province has advantages in location and university resources, but its industrial structure still needs optimization, and enterprises are facing an urgent demand for transformation. RheinKoester’s mature industry-education integration solutions and talent training mechanisms are highly consistent with Shanxi’s urgent need for high-skilled talents. He expressed hope that taking this inspection as an opportunity, the two sides will focus on advantageous industries such as energy and high-end equipment manufacturing, jointly build professional and automated talent training orientations, introduce RheinKoester’s localized dual-system solutions, university-enterprise collaborative education models, relevant curriculum systems, and faculty and equipment into Shanxi, and gradually promote them to more universities and colleges. This will effectively promote the high-quality employment of graduates and inject sustained momentum into the high-quality economic and social development of Shanxi.
