On January 16, 2019, the Sino-German smart manufacturing talents dual training "2018-2020" strategic cooperation project phased seminar was held in Jinan. Zhou Chunyan,  deputy director of the Shandong Province Human Resources and Social Security Department, attended the meeting. At the meeting, Rhein-Koester GmbH reported in detail the progress of the staged work of the Sino-German training program.
