From April 1 to April 3, 2019, Chen Jingbin, deputy secretary and dean of the Party Committee of Hunan Vocational Institute of Technology, Huang Xiachun, deputy dean, He Ying, dean of the Intelligent Manufacturing Institute, Ge Qing, director of the scientific research department, and Xu Jun, director of Office of Party and Government Affairs, visited Rhein-Koester inter-enterprise training center and Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service platforms where based in Qingdao, Zibo and Weifag, respectively. The visit took three days and the group conducted an in-depth survey about the establishment of Public service platform, 'Dual-System' talent training, faculty training project and the R&D of Intelligent manufacturing equipments, etc.
