On 28th of May, 2019, Zhou Chunyan, deputy director of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province, inspected the construction status of Shandong Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing ‘Dual-System’ talent training and Certification Centre (Qingdao Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Craftsman College).
