On July 17, 2019, the labor competition and the company's fourth vocational skill competition of CRRC ZhuZhou ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. with theme of "cultivated the spirit of craftsmen, carried forward the lean manufacturing culture" was held on  Rhein-Koester German Intelligent Manufacturing (Zhuzhou) Technology Public Service platform. Twenty-five outstanding players from various departments of CRRC ZhuZhou were selected through layers, each of them is an "experienced skiller", and actively participated in the competition of various items in this professional skills competition.
