On August 30, the signing ceremony and the opening ceremony of the "Qingdao Sino-German" Dual System "Vocational Education Faculty Training Base" was grandly held on the Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) platform.

Hu Chengman, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rhein-Koester, introduced the construction status of the base.

Liu Pengzhao, Executive Deputy Secretary of Qingdao Municipal Education Committee, Director of the Municipal Education Bureau, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Xue Limin, Chief Superintendent of the Qingdao Education Bureau, Shen Lei, Deputy Director of the Sino-German Ecological Park Management Committee, and Hu Chengman, Executive Deputy General Manager of Rhein-Koester, participated the opening ceremony of the base. Mr Xue Limin, the Superintendent of the Qingdao Education Bureau, signed strategic cooperation framework agreement with Mr Peter  Konegen, the General Manager of Rhein-Koester Global R&D Center (German Koster Automation System Co., Ltd.).
