On the morning of December 18, 2019, the Gardner Denver (GDI) special recruitment seminar was held at the Rhein Koester (Zibo) Double-Span Training Center. Rhein Koester invited GDI human resources commissioner Zhao Xiaolei to bring wonderful recruitment lectures to students of sino German class from Zibo Construction Engineering School, Zibo Technical School, and Zibo Information Engineering School.

She had zero-distance communication with the students at the recruitment seminar and fully demonstrated GDI's company profile, development history, core technology, salary and benefits, team building and industry prospects.
