By 10th of March, 2020, Mr Jiang Duntao, the secretary of Zibo municipal party committee visited Shandong Rhein-Koester Intelligent Technology co.,ltd. for research of ‘Gazelle enterprise’ & ‘Unicorn enterprise’ development project. Mr Song Zhenbo, the executive mayor and member of the standing committee; Mr Wei Yujiao, director of high-tech zone administration committee and the secretary of working committee; Ren Luojian, the vice secretary General of the municipal party committee and office director; Li Wei, the vice secretary General of the municipal party committee, and Wang Kehai, the director of Zibo industry and information bureau were accompanied for visiting. During the visiting, Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester reported the corporate achievements and the construction status of Sino-German intelligent manufacturing Education & Manufacturing integration demonstration base.

During the visiting, governmental leaders visited the corporate  intelligent manufacturing production base, digital virtual simulation R&D center, German standardized practical training center etc, and inquired the current status of corporate development, platform construction, R&D of technologies, cooperation between enterprise and colleges, and industrial services. The governmental delegations inquired the development position and implementation planning of Sino-German intelligent manufacturing Education & Manufacturing integration demonstration base.

The integration between education and manufacturing is a strategical project which promotes education development, talent development and innovative development of industries. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester, reported the corporate implementation plan about how the Rhein-Koester is going to support the New and old kinetic conversion.

By 21th of February, Zibo governmental department held the opening ceremony of key projects. In the high-tech zone parallel session, 22 key projects were announced to start the operation. The Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Education & Manufacturing integration demonstration base construction is one of the key projects and it started the operation by the same day, it is one of the two started projects that associated to living hood and basic facilities. The project mainly involves construction of cooperation bachelor education between Rhein-Koester and Bielefeld FH: Fachhochschule Bielefeld, Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Enter-enterprises training center, Sino-German technology transfer center, R&D Center of Intelligent manufacturing equipments, Sino-German intelligent manufacturing industrial service center, Sino-German  (Zibo)Intelligent Simulation Training Center, Secondary Vocational (International Institute) education project, Senior vocational education project, Bachelor education project, as well as the introduce and attraction project of R&D of intelligent manufacturing and associated international industrial giants. The overall project would truly realize the in-depth integration between German talent development standards and educations in different level. The project is scheduled to put into operation by summer in 2021.

Under the support of governmental departments, Rhein-Koester will continually make full use of its advantages based on German premium education resource and advanced R&D technologies, and devote to establish the education & manufacturing integration platform which combines Sino-German talents development and technology transfer.

Mr Cui Zhi indicated that Rhein-Koester will actively promote the Sino-German education & manufacturing integration project, as well as to speed up project establishment process and continually introduce German standardized talent development mode and technology development system in Zibo, Rhein-Koester is also dedicating to support Zibo to develop to a high-end manufacturing base and education & manufacturing demonstration base , which Zibo to further become a fertile ground and livable city for technical talents and national Sino-German education & manufacturing integration demonstration city, Rhein-Koester would fully support the New and Old Kinetic Energy conversion project in Zibo and accelerate the city development. 

 

Mr Jiang Duntao, the secretary of Zibo municipal party committee highly praised the functional position (integration between production, R&D, manufacturing as one)of demonstration base, he hoped Rhein-Koester would play an exemplary and leading role for groups of companies, as well as fully use the advantages of strength in resource integration to further combines international resources and  develop core business through deep ploughing of intelligent manufacturing, simultaneously, Mr Jiang indicated that Rhein-Koester should develop the associated business with local enterprises and form cluster effect to accelerate the corporate development, and further lead local enterprises to achieve high quality development.
