By 27th, March, Li Min, the Inspector-General of Qingdao Bureau of Education lead delegations from municipal vocational education department to inspect in Qingdao Technical College, and held seminar to accelerate the construction progress of Sino-German college. During the seminar, delegations made suggestions about promotion of construction, innovation of management system, Sino-foreign cooperative education mode, and the development & positioning of college. 

Sino-German college of Qingdao Technical College (referred to Sino-German college) is a project that greatly promoted by Qingdao Bureau of Education, and jointly constructed by Qingdao Technical College, Sino-German application technology college of West-Coast Zone, and German Rhein-Koester. The cooperation is based on ‘Vocational college agreement’ for purpose of development of ‘Dual-system’ international compound talents between the three parties by 17th Dec, 2019. The three parties agreed to integrate their educational resources and follow the principles of ‘Sino-German cooperation, College-Enterprise cooperation and German standards’, additionally, three parties are devoting to develop educational features with ‘Sharing&connection, advanced facilities, practical skills, serve the industries’, and further establish an education demonstration center of ‘Integration between college, manufacture and city’

Li Min, the Inspector-General of Qingdao Bureau of Education, emphasized that parties should fully integrate the provincial support policies with the construction of Sino-German college. For the next step, colleges and Rhein-Koester should fully utilize their advantages and strictly following ‘Clear Ownership and Sharing’ principle, parties should keep mind of  ‘overall concept and awareness’ during the project implementation, and further explore the innovation and revolution of management mechanism, lastly, he hope us to work together and establish a  vocational educational “high land” in Sino-German Eco-park.
