By 23th of April, 2020, Mr Liu Mengde, lead delegations with 5 college representatives to visit Rhein-Koester. The delegations inspected the status of public service platform operation, industrial R&D, intelligent manufacturing technology transfer and technical talent development. Mr Zang Jinqiang, the vice director of Zibo Science and Technology Bureau; Zhao Naijun, the vice director of Zibo (High-tech zone) Science and Technology Bureau accompanied for visiting. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester, Mr  Chen Peng, the vice GM of  Rhein-Koester,  Wang  Wei,  the  Project  Director reported the information.

The delegation visited Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform, Intelligent Manufacturing Production Base, Sino-EU Digital Twin R&D Center, German AHK Vocational Standardized Inter-enterprise Training Center, during the visiting, they heard the report of corporate development planning, Sino-German technology transfer, R&D of advance technology, industrial services, and talent development system under ‘Dual- system’ etc. The delegation highly praised the positioning and deep integration between intelligent manufacturing, application of information technology and automation, and inter-enterprise training center.

Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester reported the project information of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing demonstration base which integrated Education and Manufacturing, and how Rhein-Koester devoted to optimize localization of Sino-German integrated education and manufacturing.

 Cui  Zhi declared that Rhein-Koester would further integrates international premium resources from SIEMENS, Fraunhofer, Fachhochschule Bielefeld and Fachhochschule Deggendorf to introduce German talent development model and technical R&D system, this innovative introduction would serve the municipal policy of ‘Industrial New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion’ and ‘Intelligent manufacturing talent eduction’, as well as to fully supports Zibo to develop to a national demonstration of ‘New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion’ and attract more technical talents from nationwide.
