By 29th of June, 2020, B.Braun-Rhein Dual-Education class graduation ceremony was held at Rhein-Koester Inter-Enterprise Training Center. Doc. Qiu Tao, the vice president in Pharmaceutical Department of B.Braun; Cong Juanjuan, the head of HR Department; Ji Yujie, the senior engineer of Manufacturing base; Liu Donghai, the vice GM of Shandong Rhein-Koester Co.,Ltd.; Wang Honglei, the director of Education Department, attended the ceremony.  

B.Braun signed ‘B.Braun-Rhein Dual Education’ agreement with Rhein-Koester by 11th of September, 2019. Based on the cooperation, Rhein-Koester provides B.Braun with talent training services at ‘Dual-System Education center’ of Rhein. The training courses are designed based on real needs of corporate actual job title and the abilities assessment combines examination standards of German AHK, which successfully developed technicians for B.Braun.

The first group of students who participate the ‘B.Braun-Rhein Dual Education’ project are from junior, senior and universities. During the 133 working days at Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprises training center, students accepted well training that involves Electrical System control, Pneumatic & Hydraulic commissioning and installation, Mechanical Processing and Installation, Control Panel commissioning and installation, PLC Programming and Automation Production Line, additionally, they carried out factory practical training for 90 hours and 3 times of soft skill training. Based on the training, their professional qualities are developed and they are ready to start their new career.  

Since today, the graduates are officially became a member of B.Braun, and they will be further developed in the future of career. We believe the talent team of B.Braun will be expanded due to their join, as well as they will bring new energy to corporate development.
