July, 2020, Zhang Long, the chief of Vocational Capacity Building Section of Shandong HR and Social Security Department, lead delegation to visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform and promote the construction of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Craftsman college. Sun Qian, the chief of  Vocational Capacity Building Section of Qingdao HR and Social Security bureau; Yu Wenjie, the vice chief of Vocational Capacity Building Section of Qingdao HR and Social Security bureau; Xu Haijie, the vice director of Sino-German Ecology Park Administration Committee; Tang Hua, the head of Science and Education Bureau of Sino-German Ecology Park; Cui Xiuguang, the president of Sino-German Applied Technology College in Qingdao West Coast New Area were accompanied for visiting. Hu Chengman, the executive vice GM of Rhein-Koester; Gao Ping, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd reported the works. 

Zhang Long visited Rhein-Koester inter-enterprise training center, Industry 4.0 digital production line which on basis of ‘Integration between Education&Manufacturing’, Industry 4.0 technology training centers, respectively. Additionally, Rhein-Koester reported information about the localization and innovation achievements of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education in Rhein-Koester, and Mr Zhang Long inspected the talent development solution, course system, training materials, training records and students’ diary etc, he highly praised the corporate achievements in integration between education & manufacturing, and the localization of ‘Dual-system’ training model.  

In the seminar, Zhang Long gave instructions about the construction of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Craftsman college and operation models etc. He indicated that Rhein-Koester shall accelerate the college construction to meet opportunities, and he hopes the college will supports the strategy of Conversion of new and old kinetic, serves the economic development in Qingdao, as well as develops senior talents for industries.
