On 6th of August, 2020, the Shenyang Polytechnic College ‘Dual-System’ Talent Training Seminar opening ceremony was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. Tang Xiaowei, the director of college office; Li Zhaoqing, the director of ‘High Standard Higher school’ office; Zhang Zhenzhong, the director of Rhein-Koester (Mainland) Training; Wang Honglei, the director of Educational Business Department; the training teams and participating teachers attended the opening ceremony. The ceremony was conducted by Lu Yi, the Marketing Director of Rhein-Koester (Shenyang) Co.,Ltd. 

Tang Xiaowei, indicated that the Shenyang Polytechnic College is dedicating to introduce the German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education, Rhein-Koester is the professional group in field of  ‘Dual-system’ intelligent manufacturing and the expert in ‘Integration between education and manufacturing’, he believe the seminar will enable the participating team to have a better understanding in ‘Dual-system’ education; he hope the selected 24 senior teachers study hard and improve themselves. 

Zhang Zhenzhong indicated that he hopes every trainee shall keep the mind of integration between theories and practice, as well as expand their sights to a broader view which integrates traditional education and real corporate production environment. He believes the comprehensive training will enable teachers have a broader sights in companies, industries, and major subjects, as well as strengthen teachers’ capabilities in solution making under intelligent manufacturing circumstance, and abilities of development in German standardized ‘Dual-system’ training materials.
