On 12th of August, 2020, the ‘Employee Skill Enhancement class for Shandong Weldstone Tungsten Industry Co.,Ltd.’ was launched. 

The training courses adapts German ‘Dual-system’ action-oriented training model, which covers: safety manufacturing, mechanical drawing, basic operation and programming of CNC machine, programming and processing of shaft parts, programming and processing of bottom box and deep slotted  hole. The training enable trainees to deeply understand operation process of CNC machine and traditional mechanical processing, additionally, they will mastering the design of customized learning tasks, which would further enhance overall technical skills and improve efficiency.   

After the ceremony, Liu Donghai, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester, lead delegation to visited Weldstone co.,ltd.; Li Shunguo, the GM of Weldstone, introduced information about corporate operation, and he has confident about the further trainings and other deep cooperation between both parties.
