On 28th of August, 2020, the singing ceremony of strategical agreement between Rhein-Koester and HollySys was successfully held. The vice president and party secretary of Zibo Information and Industry Bureau； Wang Xiaodong, the director of Zibo New Material and New Pharmaceutical Industry Development center; Gao Shan, the director of service management department of (Hangzhou) HollySys; Chang Zheng, the Jinan branch of HollySys; Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester, attended the ceremony. The ceremony was conducted by Mr Wang Wei who is the project director of Rhein-Koester.

Cui Zhi, the chairman of Rhein-Koester, introduced the information about cooperation between the two parties. Cui Zhi indicated that the Rhein-Koester would actively promotes the project landing, and contributes corporate resources to support digital transformation, technology service and talent development for companies in process industry. Additionally, Rhein-Koester would fully contributes corporate technology and experts resources to support optimization of production process, environment protection, upgrading of facilities and technologies, factory digital transformation.

Gao Shan, the director of service management department of (Hangzhou) HollySys, indicated that the cooperation between Rhein-Koester and HollySys would have a profound and significant impact on the development of the both parties. It will promotes the two sides to achieve complementary advantages and create mutual benefit. Since the moment, both parties shall carry out cooperation in multiple fields, and finally to jointly create a new chapter of cooperation.

Wang Xiaodong, the director of Zibo New Material and New Pharmaceutical Industry Development center, indicated that the ‘Conversion of old and new kinetic of Shandong industries’ is at its critical stage now. Zibo is an industrialized city, and it is transforming its old kinetic to new engines, he hopes both side fully contributes the advantage resources to integrates technical innovation and the ‘combination between industry and education’, as well as to establish public service platform to support local enterprises in technologies and talents.
