The summer faculty trainings was held on 13th of July at Rhein-Koester inter-enterprise training centers where based on Zibo, Qingdao and Zhuzhou. The training courses are designed for majors of Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, Industrial Mechanics and Dual-System education system; and which covers approximately 20 training modules. 

The trainings integrated German ‘Dual-system’ education model and the actual needs of teaching in domestic. It adapts 1:1 training model, project-oriented teaching method, special designed textbooks that integrated ‘Dual-system’ and teaching needs, open German styled practical training environments. The participants were switching their roles during the training and which enable them to better understand the principles and teaching methods of German ‘Dual-system’ vocational education. The training is designed to improve teacher’s capabilities in problem solving, teaching resource development and implementation, and to further enhance talents development.
