On 19th of September, 2020,  Rhein-Koester launched Digital Twin Technology ‘Process Simulate’ Faculty Training for part of the cooperative colleges by live broadcast. 

The ‘Process Simulate’ of Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulation Solution is the latest solution in VR Manufacturing. It promotes the information collaboration and sharing between enterprises, shorten the planning time for manufacturing, verify the production process in virtual environment at the earlier stage and simulate the real process in the whole life-cycle, additionally, it would improve quality and efficiency at lower costs.

‘Process Simulate’ is available to connect multiple PLC devices, it creates a virtual environment which Integrates Robots, Equipment Plan and Verify. It applied Computer Simulation and the Production Forecasts technologies to reflect the production process in 3D, and therefore help the operator to verify the project feasibility of plan.
