On 14th of November, 2020, Yuan Liang, the vice mayor of Zibo; Wang Xisen, the secretary-general of Zibo government; Qi Xiaofu, the director  of Zibo Bureau of Commerce; Li Xiuqing, the vice director of Zibo Bureau of Commerce and other representatives visited Rhein-Koester. Yuan Liang and the delegation physically visited Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform, Rhein-Koester Inter-enterprise Training Center, Intelligent Manufacturing Educational Practical Training Base, Digital Twin Technology R&D center and other functional areas. They inspected the corporate innovative achievements in R&D of practical training equipments, digital twin, intelligent AI, intelligent manufacturing industrial service etc.

Yuan Liang highly praised the development logicals and achievements of Rhein-Koester. He encouraged Rhein-Koester to accelerate the construction of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Demonstration Base, as well as continuously innovate in fields of intelligent manufacturing and industrial internet in order to develop more applied talents for the regional industrial transformation and upgradings. He also motivates Rhein-Koester to develop more advanced technical projects to supports the regional industrial transformation, and enhance the exchange of technology transfer between China, Germany and other regions in the EU.
