On 18th of November, 2020, the EducationPlus 2020 and Exhibition (Hereinafter referred to as Education+2020) was held in Qingdao. During the opening ceremony, the Qingdao Sino-German Vocational Education Base, and Sino-German Industry-Education Alliance was officially announced to established. Rhein-Koester, Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, Shandong Vocational College of Industry, Shandong Polytechnic College and ZaoZhuang Vocational College of Science&Technology signed college-enterprise cooperation agreements.

During the exhibition, the signing ceremony between Rhein-Koester and SiChuan PuJiang Vocational Secondary College was held in Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. Wang Bin, the chancellor of Sichuan Pujiang Vocational Secondary College; and Sun Hao, the Dual-system Project Director of Rhein-Koester; they represents the both parties to signed the agreement. Yang Zhongyun, the head of Pujiang Education Bureau; Yang Hua, the director of Pujiang Sino-German Vocational Education Industrial Zone; Yu Daixiong, the vice chancellor of Pujiang Vocational Secondary College and Gao Ping, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Co.,Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.
