On 1st of December, 2020, Prof. Qian Naiyu, the president of Shandong Provincial Staff Education Association and the surveyor of Vocational Education & Industrial Talent Institution; Prof. Wang Chuanrong, the Ph.D.supervisor and vice director of Faculty of Economics of Shandong University of Finance and Economics; Lv Zhaoyi, the consultant of Shandong Provincial Staff Education Association; Wang Yunchuan, the vice secretary-general of Shandong Provincial Staff Education Association; Wang Yan, the director of college-enterprise cooperation department of Shandong Provincial Staff Education Association, visited Rhein-Koester to inspect the declaration status of the 2020th Shandong Industry-Education (Base) Demonstration organization, as well as survey the information about vocational education for corporate staffs. Cui Zhi, the general manager of Rhein-Koester; Yan Yongjia, the vice general manager and other representatives attended the seminar. 

Qian Naiyu and the delegation visited the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform, Rhein-Koester Inter-Enterprise Training Center, Production and R&D base for Intelligent Manufacturing Training Facilities, Industry 4.0 R&D center etc., inspected the corporate innovative achievements in field of ‘Dual-system’ talent training, construction of international technology practical trainings, R&D and production of training facilities, digital twin technologies,  R&D of industrial internet, industrial services etc.

During the seminar, Qian Naiyu hopes Rhein-Koester would further integrates the premium resources of both parties to construct senior industry-education service platform, as well as promotes the cooperation between colleges, enterprises and industries. Based on the above, he hopes Rhein-Koester to support the traditional manufacturing companies and improve the educational level.
