In accordance with the ‘State Council’s Notices about Publishing New Generation AI Development Plans’, ‘Implementation Plans for National Vocational Education Revolution’,’China Education 2035’ and other policy requirements, as well as  to adapt the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation; and in order to improve teachers’ capabilities in practical trainings and accelerate construction process of ‘Double Teachers’ team; From 5th to 22th of January,  Rhein-Koester held faculty training program on Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Public Service Platform and Inter-Enterprise Training Center.

The faculty training programs are designed for majors of electrical automation, mechatronics, mechanical design and manufacturing, the program covers ‘Parts turning’, ‘Application and Maintenance of conveyor A’, ‘Practical Program of Complex Mechanics’, ‘Installation and Commissioning of Hydraulic/Pneumatic Control System B’ ,’Application and Maintenance of Conveyor B’, ‘Parts Milling’, ‘System Integration of Industrial Robot Working Station’, ‘Installation and Commissioning of Electrical System A’, ‘Installation and Commissioning of Electrical System B’, ‘Trainings for Mechatronics Engineering AHK Exams’, ‘Practical Training of Servo Control System’ in sum of 11 practical training programs. 108 teachers from Zibo Vocational Institute, Weihai Vocational College, Weihai Technician College, LuZhong Vocational College, Shandong City Service Technician College, Shandong Polytechnic Technical College, Pingdu Technician Institute, Taian Polytechnic Institute, Zibo College of Electronic Engineering, participated the program. 

The program adapts 1:1 project-oriented training method, and it combines German ‘Dual-system’ method and the training facts in domestic; the program provides trainees with loose-leaf textbooks and open-style practical training environments under German standards, it enable the participators to better understand German ‘Dual-system’ trainings and the related teaching methods, improve teacher’s abilities in practical problem solving and further develop the teaching method, as well as enhance the development faculty team and therefore to better train talents in their colleges. 

Rhein-Koester is the MOE (Ministry of Education) appointed base for Intelligent Manufacturing‘Double Teachers’ training, AHK authorized faculty training center, and the BMBF (Federal Ministry of Education and Research) authorized Sino-German Dual-System Vocational Education (VETnet Program)Cooperation Partner; Rhein-Koester is focusing on the ‘Double Teacher’ faculty team construction, and provide colleges with all-dimensional faculty training services, we help colleges to develop ‘Double-teacher’ faculty team who are professional and with innovation abilities, and lastly contributes their professional skills to develop applied talents for industrial transformation and upgrading.
