On 3rd of June, 2021, Zhang Huangyuan, the vice director of Qinghai Provincial People’s Congress; Li Baiyu, the deputy director of the general office of Standing Committee of Qinghai Province; Zuo Xuming, the member of the standing committee of the Qinghai provincial people’s congress, and other representatives in sum of 10, visited Rhein-Koester (Qingdao) Platform. 

After the report, Mr Zhang Huangyuan highly praised the the corporate achievements in fields of vocational education, technology innovation, the integration between industry and education. Additionally, the delegates fully affirmed the corporate development concepts of ‘Introduce dual-system and localize the model into local market’. Lastly, he hopes the the localized ‘Dual-system’ model can also be implemented in Qinghai.
