On 2nd of August, 2022, the signing ceremony of Shandong College of Chemical Technicians — Rhein-Koester ‘Dual-system training’ for Sino-German International Intelligent Manufacturing Technician was held in Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integrated Demonstration Base. Kong Leilei, the director of Mechanical Engineering Department, Ma Hongguang, the vice director, Chen Peng, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester, Sun Hao, the project director, Wang Hanyu and other representatives participated the ceremony.
Director Sun Leilei signed the cooperation agreement with Chen Peng, the vice general manager of Rhein-Koester.
As reported that, Shandong College of Chemical Technicians signed college-enterprise cooperation agreement with Rhein-Koester on 23th of July, 2018. During the cooperation period, the enterprise and college side jointly carried out ‘Senior Technician Class’ based on Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technician ‘Dual-System Trainings’, which made fruitful achievements in talent development, construction of training center and faculty trainings. By this time, the both parties further signed cooperation agreement, based on the previous achievements made, the bother parties will carry out Sino-German international intelligent manufacturing technology related talent development under the method of enterprise-college cooperation, and introduce German advanced ‘Dual-System’ talent development model, course system and teaching materials, as well as effectively promote the connection between education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain, and jointly develop intelligent manufacturing related talent development system, jointly cultivate senior technicians for intelligent manufacturing industries.
