By 30th of January, 2018, Ms Zhou Chunyan, the vice director of HR and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, had a meeting with Prof. Eric Moskwa in Jinan.

Ms Zhou Chunyan represented HR & Social Security Department of Shandong Province and signed ‘Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Technical Talents Dual-System Development 2018-2022 Strategic Cooperation Memo’ agreement with AHK Shanghai, German Steinbeis and German Rhein-Koester Co.,Ltd. The agreement will be executed by method of new introduction of resource and project co-construction, in detail, the agreement involves establishment of Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing technical talents development under dual-system, erection of authentication center, develop and localize the application of intelligent manufacturing related courses, organize faculty training in Germany, explore certification and examination of International vocational certificate, introduce German talents development system and knowledge of training standards, and establish talent training demonstration centers based on dual-system model, etc.
