Shandong Province Talent Development Strategy Research Institute Visits Rhein Koester for Inspection and Research

On July 29, 2024, a delegation of
15 people, including Tang Guiyao, Executive Director of the Shandong Province
Talent Development Strategy Research Institute, and Liu Xiaojun, Deputy
Director of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, visited the
Zibo High-Tech Zone to conduct a field survey at Rhein Koester and other
enterprises. The focus of the survey was on the integration of the “four
chains” (industrial chain, innovation chain, education chain, and talent
chain) as well as talent cultivation and development.

The visiting leaders recognized Rhein
Koester’s achievements in key industry sectors such as intelligent
manufacturing, digitalization, and the industrial internet, and praised the
company’s effective integration of the “four chains” within its
industrial layout.
