On the afternoon of April 9, 2025, a lecture on employment and career planning in Germany was held at the Sino German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Education Integration Demonstration Base. The event focuses on “cracking the code for cross-border development of intelligent manufacturing talents”, and opens up international career channels for high-end skilled talents through precise integration with the German job market.
Ms. Lv Yafei, former Global Talent Development Project Manager of Schaeffler Group in Germany, systematically analyzed the current situation of talent supply and demand in the German manufacturing industry with the title “Sino German Vocational Projects – New Paths for Vocational Education and Employment”. She compared and analyzed the salary gradient and welfare guarantee system under the “dual system” education background in Germany based on industry data and typical cases. She suggested that students plan German language learning and cross-cultural adaptation training in advance, and emphasized that mastering German B1 level or above language proficiency is the core condition for participating in cross-border career development.
Li Huanyu, a trainer at Rheingaust Trainer Academy, shared the core competency requirements of German companies for technical talents based on his experience in technical training working overseas.
