On November 3rd, 2025, the electrician training for the 2025 new university graduate recruits of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive Co., Ltd. was successfully concluded at Zhuzhou Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Training School.
Ma Jiaolin, Deputy General Manager of Rhein – Koster Hunan Company, has scientifically designed a curriculum system that meets the job requirements of CRRC Zhuzhou Locomotive by combining her own work experience in Siemens Mobility and CRRC, and based on the Sino – German Dual Training System concept.
This training featured a rich curriculum and a tight schedule, covering core modules such as electrical system installation and commissioning, comprehensive electrical debugging, and PLC programming and control. The participants all stated that the training not only enabled them to systematically master electrical skills, but also deepened their understanding of job responsibilities and work processes, laying a solid foundation for their future career development in the field of rail transit equipment manufacturing.
With the successful conclusion of the training, 43 new employees are about to proceed to their respective posts.
