On March 26, 2026, the technician delegation from Bavarian Institute of Technology carried out joint practical training with trainees from Rhein-Koester’s “Integrated Training and Employment Program for Germany”. The two parties conducted in-depth collaboration on the four-wheel drive intelligent control vehicle training project.

The practical training was carried out in groups, with each team formed by a mix of German technicians and Chinese trainees.

The core task of the course was to complete the electrical system installation and commissioning of a four-wheel drive intelligent control vehicle.

After completing the electrical installation and basic commissioning, the training entered the comprehensive competition stage.

The participating trainees from the Germany-bound program remarked that working side by side with German technicians to complete real-world tasks was highly valuable. They not only strengthened their practical abilities in electrical system integration, but also gained direct experience of the systematicity, standardization, and rigor emphasized in the German dual system vocational training. The students believed that this cooperation laid a more solid practical foundation for their future study and employment in Germany, and also boosted their confidence in integrating into the German technical work environment.
