A Delegation from the German Kempten State Vocational College visits Zibo to Boost Sino-German Vocational Education and Industry-Education Cooperation

From April 6 to 7, 2026, a
six-member delegation from Germany’s Kempten State Vocational College, led by
President Mr. Hanns Dannifel and
including trainers Ms. Sara Mohamed, Mr. Robert Saumweber, Mr. Jürgen Schmidt, and Mr. Marcus Marcher, along with Liebherr Group Training Supervisor Mr.
Matthias Fendt, visited Zibo for a two-day vocational education exchange.

The delegation visited the
Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration
Demonstration Base in the Zibo High-tech Zone, operated by Rhein-Koester, and praised its localized dual-system
training model and achievements in technology transfer, curriculum design, and
collaborative education.

They also visited Rhein-Koester’s partner
schools—Zibo Polytechnic University and Shandong Vocational
College of Light Industry for preliminary discussions on
curriculum co-development, faculty exchanges, student joint training, resource
sharing, and mutual recognition of vocational qualifications.
