The meeting was strongly supported by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province and the Shandong City Service Technician College.

Zhang Zhenzhong, the chief consultant of Rhein-Koester, comprehensively and profoundly explained and interpreted "dual system localization" and "modern apprenticeship".
