From 10th to 12th of January, 2020, Mr Wei xiaofeng, the deputy secretary and principal of Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, lead team with 13 people to visit Rhein-Koester. Mr Cui Zhi, the GM of Rhein-Koester; Chen Peng, vice GM; Wang Wei, project manager; Wang Honglei, head of Education department are accompanied for visiting.

The team inspected the operational status of ‘Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Public Service Platform and Intelligent Manufacturing Inter-enterprise Training Center’, as well as the achievements  of the integration between education and manufacturing. Afterwards, the team visited Rhein-Koester’s partners which involve Jinan Vocational College, Zibo Vocational Institute and Shandong Industrial Technician College, and to inspect the operational status of training center etc.

In the seminar, Zhou Xiaogang, the vice principle of Suzhou Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, and deans from Sino-German Engineering College, Software & Service Outsourcing College and Electronic Information College, had an in-depth discussion in establishment of Sino-German Smart College between institute and Rhein-Koester, and the build of platform based on integration between Education&Manufacturing  etc.

Wei Xiaoqing, the principle of Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology, indicated that he believes the integration between institute and Rhein-Koester would make the most effective educational achievements and he is willing to build a model of college under mixed ownership in china, as well as he makes a good wishes for more cooperations with Rhein-Koester in future.
