On 11th of January, 2020, Rhein-Koester’s 2019th Winter Faculty Training was completed; approximate 60 teachers from Jinan Vocational College participated the faculty training.

The faculty training is corresponded to the courses arrangement of the second and fourth semester, and the class  offers six training modules for teachers who from the cooperative college. The training enable teachers to stand at student’s position and experience the teaching process, and have an in-depth understanding in the methods and principles of German ‘Dual-System’ vocational training.
