By 15th of June, 2020, the 2020 World Industrial Internet Conference with theme of ‘NEW ERA NEW INFRASTRUCTURE INDUSTRIAL INTERNET — EMPOWERED· CONVERGENCE· ECOLOGY’ was held. ‘Industrial Internet Talents Competency Framework’, the first national industrial internet talent assessment standard is launched in the conference.

Shandong Rhein-Koester Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co.,Ltd. is one of the first groups which appointed by MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC)to support talents development in field of Industrial Internet Talents. Rhein-Koester established long-term strategical partnership with AHK, Fachhochschule Bielefeld, German SIEMENS, German SAP, German Steinbeis, Fachhochule Deggendorf and German Fraunhofer. Based on the cooperation, parties are devoting to development the core technologies of digital factory, PAAS Cloud services of Industrial IOT; The self-developed new Internet Industrial Application Platform would supports prototype development of industrial internet and product commercialize and operation management, which truly enhance development of intelligent manufacturing. 

Mr Liu Donghai, the vice GM of Rhein-Koester indicated that, the ‘Industrial Internet Talents Competency Framework’ standardized industrial working competency. It is an important benchmark to measure the competencies of employee, and it is a basis for the staff hiring stage. Rhein-Koester will follow the requirements of the framework and develop different course systems to meet talent demand of society and enterprises.
